SeaLife - MOA...

It's educators appreciation month at SeaLife at the Mall of America, which means I'm free to get in and anyone with me is 50% off...so last Saturday, during a rainy morning, we took off for some aquarium adventures...

The day started normal enough at the aquarium...the touch pools were a hit...sea anemones, shrimp, sea stars, etc...

Next up was the ray tank...which the kids love...

And then a lined formed...which moved really slow and no one really knew why...turns out there was a mermaid sighting...and Lex got to meet one...

She asked it all about her fin...

And there was even a mermaid swimming in one of the tanks (Lukie was not impressed...but Lex was)...

From then on, it was back to normal...turtles, sharks, etc....

It was another great day...making memories...
