Section Playoffs - Girls Basketball...

Tuesday night was the first round of the section playoffs for the Central girls basketball team and of course Lukie & Lex wanted to watch them play, especially their favorite person...

They had beat the team they were playing twice already during the season and the game was never in any doubt, look at the halftime score below...

What they really were looking forward to was the team autograph session session afterwards...

They were beyond excited when they saw how she signed her name...

I'm sure they'll be keeping this team picture for a while (like they have with last years picture)...

Round 2 was last night, another win for the girls (54-22) and yes we were there.  The sub-section championship game is Tuesday night in Mankato before the section championship game (and a chance to go to state) later in the week.  They're both aware that they could lose at any time and be done, but they're hoping for a run to state and a chance to keep watching her play...
