At the end of a weekend spent up north, we visited Bentleyville in Duluth again...we went on a Sunday night, which had low attendance (good for us). Apparently, there were a couple of thousand of people waiting for the gates to open the night before. The night we visited, there was about a dozen people waiting. Also, considering it was about 40 degrees, it was a great night...
Up first was a visit with Santa...Lex is a true believer...Lukie, I'm not quite sure. I'd guess he's a skeptic, but he wouldn't risk telling me...
There are lights and lights and lights at Bentleyville...
Mrs. Claus is at a different location than Santa...plus her line goes extremely slow (she talks to much to the kids)...but Lex wanted to visit her...
Like I said, it was pretty low key...we've been there before when it was packed with people...
We liked this poster...'Fun Facts You Didn't Need To Know' about Bentleyville...
And we got lucky, there was a ship leaving the harbor when we were there...
Lukie likes his dinosaurs...
And then it was time to leave...
But not before Lex wanted a few more pictures (that Lukie tolerates mostly)...
They were asleep before we got to the top of Thomson Hill...I had a quiet drive back...we'll be back next year!
